Ruffles + Sprouts is based out of Southern California and is the creative outlet of Heather June. A crafter at heart and designer by trade, Heather is also a mother to three fabulous kids. For the past seven years Heather has enjoyed making beautiful things for her children to wear and dress up their hair. Heather likes working with fabric, ribbons, paper, silks, flowers, and oh, so much more. Her designs incorporate a mélange of materials and textures.
